Ceramic Printers

The digital printing machines for ceramics are the most advanced and versatile on the market, offering a more efficient and competent production process.

The technology that guarantees perfection

Its compact and robust design makes it the ideal machine to be integrated into a production line where, thanks to its advanced electronics and its innovative and intuitive software, it is the most versatile and complete machine on the market in terms of features.

Its high quality and reliability allows the possibility of printing without any kind of contact with the surface of the piece, making it possible to decorate reliefs with absolute and incomparable precision and avoiding possible damage caused by contact.

  • The Amiga Technology connects and manages in an easy and intuitive way all the digital applications of the production line for a total control and coordination of them from a single access point for the programming and total configuration of the full digital lines from start to finish.
  • The GIA system with its advanced hardware and optical lenses perfectly controls the printing process during and after printing.
  • Visio Input Control installed at the machine infeed detects and discriminates the different parts giving the order to the equipment to print a specific model depending on the pattern recognized by the latest generation of optical cameras, detecting the position and inclination of the parts on the web and controlling the inclination.
  • Visio Quality Control, installed at the exit of the machine, allows the “unattended” control of quality in each production phase, being an inspection module that detects surface, structural and decoration defects (tone alterations) during the manufacturing process, and allows immediate correction thanks to the automatic adjustment function, gaining in quality, productivity and efficiency.
